Dr Bindhiya Venugopalan built InnerCare on a simple belief: good medicine starts with listening. She brings a holistic approach to mental health, chronic disease prevention and lifestyle change, and loves being part of each patient's health journey.

Lifestyle medicine uses evidence based lifestyle changes as a primary treatment to prevent, treat and often reverse chronic conditions such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, obesity, heart disease and stroke. Dr Bindi, an ASLM accredited Lifestyle Medicine Physician, builds these principles into her everyday GP care.

The National Lung Cancer Screening Program started on 1 July 2025. It's an Australian Government initiative to detect lung cancer early in people at high risk.

To keep a high standard of care we can't routinely bulk bill every consult, as practice running costs have outpaced Medicare increases.
Billing is at the discretion of each doctor, not reception. Doctors work independently and may reduce fees or bulk bill. You're welcome to discuss fees confidentially with your doctor.
